This is your 1 Day Mabamba Shoebill Tour, you will be picked from your place of stay either in Entebbe town or Kampala and you will be briefed about your 1 day Mabamba shoebill and equator safari.  Start by visit Mabamba wetland where you will be rowed down by the Canoe boat in search of the shoebill and it is also an opportunity to see other animals like Lesser Jacana, Papyrus Gonolek, Orange weaver, Black Egret, Black Crake, Black-faced Rufous Warbler, Goliath heron among other birds. Proceed to Equator with a stop at Mpambire drum centre for a brief African history and to view the skillfulness of the local people in making local drums, chairs and other local musical instruments. On your arrival at Equator in Kayabwe have a photo stopover and carry out the water experiment where you will have to differentiate the northern hemisphere from the southern hemisphere. The shoebill stork can also been seen in Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary at Lugogo swamp and also in Murchison Falls National Park when you take a boat cruise to the Nile delta.
